Welcome to GLBT Online Resources!

This site is home to resources and campus organizations that may be helpful to those seeking more information about Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender life at Appalachian State University. Please join our facebook group to recieve updates from the center about various activities and events

You will notice that the acronyms LGBT and GLBT are both used on this website and at Appalachian State.   This is an intentional effort to honor the many Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Ally voices that have supported the development of these resources at Appalachian State.  For example, the GLBT Taskforce created the proposal for the LGBT Center which opened in the Fall of 2008.
